This market will resolve according to the official daily settlement price of the front-month (Active Month) WTI Crude Oil futures contract (CL) on the CME as of the last trading day of August 2026 (or the closest available settlement if markets are closed). • Below $75 → Yes if the settlement price is strictly less than $75.00 • Between $75 and $85 → Yes if the settlement price is greater than or equal to $75.00 and less than or equal to $85.00 • Above $85 → Yes if the settlement price is strictly greater than $85.00 Resolution source: CME Group official settlement prices (https://www.cmegroup.com/markets/energy/crude-oil/light-sweet-crude.html). In case of any dispute or data unavailability, a consensus of credible financial sources (Bloomberg, Reuters, EIA) will be used.
